In July 2019, HREV entered into a Joint Venture agreement to acquire a 2.5-acre redevelopment site located at 49 Fisk Street in Jersey City, NJ. The site is located in the West Side neighborhood, an emerging neighborhood and Jersey City’s former warehouse district, and is in a certified Opportunity Zone.

In February 2020, HREV entered into a Joint Venture agreement with a local operating partner to purchase the development site located at 1650 West Girard Avenue (Phase II), an Opportunity Zone site located in Philadelphia, PA.

4001 Walnut Street

In July 2019, HREV entered into a joint venture agreement with a Denver, Colorado-based operating partner for the acquisition of two parcels of land (“GWS” and “MHE”). GWS is a 1.1-acre (48,000 SF) development site and located in a certified Opportunity Zone, one of the only Opportunity Zones located in Denver’s downtown core. MHE is a 1.7-acre (74,000 SF) adjacent development site.
