Renzo Piano has completed ‘565 Broome Soho’, a luxury condominium building in New York. the project, Piano’s first residential building in the city, contains 115 units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes. The design comprises a pair of conjoined glass structures with curved corners, resulting in light-filled residences that offer encompassing views of the Hudson River, One World Trade Center, and beyond. to achieve this, a ‘low-iron’ glass with crystal-like sheen and clarity was selected for the external façade.
