Luxury developments are hot in Westchester right now; here’s where to get in on the ground floor.
Forget the raised ranches and the half-acre backyards. Some residents want to live in suburban Westchester, but don’t want to cut the lawn or shovel the sidewalk. Developers in Westchester County have been busy converting such several industrial buildings and areas into prominent luxury rental units that are now open for leasing.

Norman Rockwell spent many years in New Rochelle, painting his legendary pictures of everyday life in America. Now residents of the newest mix-used luxury residential center that touts his name can make their own memories of everyday life in America in this building that will have 135,000 sq. ft of residential living space and 22,000 sq. ft of commercial retail space.
Located on North Avenue in the heart of New Rochelle, this $60 million mixed-use project includes 114 rental units, a breakdown of 20 studios, 59 one-bedrooms, 28 two-bedrooms and seven three-bedroom units. Norden Lofts Luxury Apartments
White Plains
If you’re looking for suburban luxury with more of an industrial feel, the Norden Lofts Luxury Apartments in White Plains are now open for leasing.
Let’s first start with its location — it’s located right near the Bronx iver and the Metro-North Railroad tracks.
